Allianz Australia partnered with Allianz Services India (Australia Division) to modernize customer operations across contact centre, underwriting, payments, and claims. The program consolidated platforms: Verint Cloud, Cognigy, BMP and layered RPA and AI to boost scalability, reduce manual work, and improve customer experience. Initiatives spanned cloud migration, chat modernization, BMP Home rollout, and payments automation, delivering measurable operational gains and strengthened onshore–offshore collaboration.
