Waymo needed compliant, day-one ERP operations across several countries to support fast global expansion while preserving global & local reporting and governance. Techwave implemented a Global Template Led Rollout Playbook based on Waymo’s US Global Template, delivering end to end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Ariba capabilities, localized Indirect (VAT/GST) & Direct (Withholding Taxes) compliance, integrations (Salesforce, Workday, Blackline, Banks, etc.), and change management. Outcomes include three go lives (India, Poland, Japan), quick implementation, regulatory compliant systems, deployment of standardized global finance & procurement processes, automated payments and reconciliations, and high user adoption. Techwave is adopting the template based deployment approach for another 7 countries as part of the ongoing roll-outs.
