Paul Bartley has held several shared services leadership roles in the past 15 years. He was head of Global Business Services for Baxter International, a Fortune 300 medical device company; Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Odfjell Drilling Philippines, a Norwegian energy company; Director, Global Shared Services for Becton Dickinson & Co. (BD), a Fortune 200 medical technology company; and he led the Program Support Center (PSC), a $700M operation with 3,000 staff providing more than 60 services to agencies across the U.S. federal government.
Earlier in his career Mr. Bartley led an overseas media project and had senior executive roles at the Voice of America. He began his career at Ernst & Young and is a CPA.
