  • The approach or a part of the approach that went beyond the normal delivery parameters and why

Innovation

Recognizing the importance of imagination and entrepreneurial spirit in helping organizations future-proof their businesses and better serve clients.

Entries should demonstrate the following points:

  • Championing of new technologies or approaches that make a significant change to an organisation’s operations
  • Entrepreneurial approach to move the organisation closer to its stated aims

Entries should include and demonstrate the following points:

Entries should include and demonstrate the following points:

  • Clear, robust and measurable positive impact on one or more aspects of ESG, verified by the client stakeholders and any relevant industry standards
  • Culture of change to deliver better outcomes for clients and employees

  • Environmental sustainability such as greenhouse gas emissions, waste and pollution, water and resource use or biodiversity

Recognizing substantial business impact through the adoption of AI. 

Entries should include and demonstrate the following points:
