The Entry & Judging Process
Nominations for the 2023 ISG Paragon Awards™ are open to qualifying organisations across.
Application Criteria:
- Nominations must refer to a contract or service relationship that was active, in whole or in part, in 2022/ early 2023.
- Nominations will be accepted from both buy-side and technology/ service provider/sell-side
companies, including captive shared services centers.
- The first section of the application comprises a list of short questions which serve as a validation for your entry. Upon completion, you will then receive a unique link to the Awards application.
Application Methodology:
The Paragon Awards is powered by ISG Case Study Research Framework, which is unique in its focus on how enterprises partner with providers. The methodology to select the Awards finalists and winners include the enterprise clients validating each case study/nomination, revealing deep insights into factors common across the most successful digital programs.
How are applications judged?
- All applications will be reviewed by a panel of experts. They will not be shared outside the judging team until finalists are announced.
- 2-4 finalists for each category will be selected by the judging panel.
- Winners are selected from the finalists through unanimous agreement among a panel of external judges.
Where will the Award finalists be announced and what happens if I am nominated as a finalist?
You will be notified in writing by ISG. Announcements will also be made on the Awards website as well as other press distribution sites through a press release. As a finalist, you will be invited to attend ISG Sourcing Industry Awards Gala Dinner.
Where will the Award winners be announced and what happens if I win?
If you are attending ISG Sourcing Industry Awards Gala Dinner, you will be invited onto the stage to receive a trophy and have your pictures taken at the red carpet.
Awards Promotion
- By applying, you agree that your company names and logos may be used by ISG in Paragon Awards communications, presentations, support material, websites, and other relevant Awards collaterals.
- In the event your organization becomes a finalist and/or the winner of an Award, you consent to your client being named (if applicable) in all marketing of the Awards finalists and winners’ announcements, unless stated in writing at the time of submission.
Helpful Hints:
- Be brief! Do not exceed the word limit. Keep your submission concise and to the point, but always interesting.
- The use of bullet points is fine.
- Focus on outcomes and tangible results. Include the most pertinent information.
- Keep the jargon to a minimum. It can be distracting rather than enlightening.
- Complete all sections of the nomination form and try not to repeat yourself too much across the sections.
- Make sure you have permission to name your client. If any part of the submission is for judges’ eyes only, then make sure that this is clearly stated.
- Send your entry on time. Late submissions will not be considered. The submission details for each region are:

How to Enter:
To help you prepare the nomination, you can download a preview of the application form in PDF. Please DO NOT fill in the preview as your Awards nomination form. All applications must be submitted via the online submission form.
- Complete all sections of the nomination form online by providing all information requested.
- In the event of your organisation or yourself winning an Award, any information in your synopsis may be used in the announcement of why you were selected.
- In the event your organisation becomes a finalist or the winner of an Award, you consent to your client being named (if applicable) in all marketing of the awards shortlist, unless stated in writing at the time of submission. It is not necessary to name the client, but it can considerably strengthen your submission.

Judging Process:
Reviews of submissions and selection of 2-4 finalists for each category will be carried out by a judging panel. The Paragon Awards judging criteria is powered by Digital Case Study Research Framework, which is unique in its focus on how enterprises partner with providers. The methodology to select the Awards finalists includes the enterprise clients validating each case study/nomination, revealing deep insights into factors common across the most successful digital programs.
All submissions will be treated, in general, as confidential. They will not be shared outside the judging team without permission until finalists are announced. Details of the finalists will be announced on the dates listed below on the ISG website – www.isg-one.com.
North America: 18 August 2023
EMEA: 6 October 2023
South America: 9 October 2023

At the ISG Sourcing Industry Awards Gala Dinner as part of the ISG Sourcing Industry Week North America on Wednesday, 13 September, 2023 at the Westin Stonebriar Hotel and Golf Resort in Dallas, TX.
- South America:
At the ISG Paragon Awards Gala Dinner on Thursday, 9 November, 2023 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in São Paulo, Brazil.
- EMEA:
At the ISG Sourcing Industry Awards Gala Dinner as a part of the ISG Sourcing Industry Week EMEA on Wednesday, 15 November 2023 at The Park Plaza Victoria in London, UK.
